Catastrophic & Disability

The premium is paid by the District for all interscholastic athletes, cheerleaders, band members, majorettes, intramural sports participants, gym class participants, student coaches, student managers, student trainers and student participants of school sponsored non-sport extracurricular activities.  This policy is designed to cover K-12 student related catastrophic injury costs which exceed the limits of other insurance plans.  This coverage has a $25,000 deductible to be met before covered benefits are paid per the schedule published below.
