Donated Local Days

Donated days are Local Personal days where one employee donates to another employee in need of days in order to get paid for an absence.  To be able to accept Donated Days an employee must use all fully paid leave available and have an absence.

An employee wishing TO DONATE a local day should complete the Local Day Donation Form.  This completed document should be sent to Benefits.  The Benefits Team will review and forward the necessary paperwork to Payroll for processing and communication with the employees.

Donated days are to be used in the current school year and do not carry over.
